Not before firefox 3.0, except if upstream applies this to the 1.8.1 branch, meaning it could reach firefox 2.0. There are too much changes involved in resolving this bug that we won't apply it. Applying the patch in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=315841 requires first applying patch from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1156 which means breaking a lot of stuff and needing to patch a lot more. > For what it's worth, on Fedora Core 4, java applets work in Firefox > 1.5.0.1 even with adblock installed.
