I do not know how to classify it. It seems that calibredb timeout is determined by timeout setting at calibre server side. I.e if I set at server side I set timeout to 600 seconds calibredb started to behave as expected. So maybe calibredb behaviour is correct, but information about server timeout should be put in calibredb manual.
