Hello, the problem - quoted output - came out of nowhere while trying to built additional locales in order to support german characters. For the moment, locales seems to be tracking my system down, cause almost everything related to text/input output is breaking, as far as I try to mail, Instant-Message, etc. non-ascii characters. For now, I see no way to fix this, therefore I suggest setting severity to critical.
