I do not think that severity grave is rectified if the current
youtube-dl is just unable to download a certain set of videos.

Can you provide any evidence for this statement?

This "wait a little longer" is my motivation to decrease the severity of
this bug to important to keep it in testing for the moment.  I hope you
agree about this.
