On a fresh installation, the same error is shown in production.log
when creating a new user.
This is tracked down to the newer versions of rails/activerecord we
have (6.1.4 and they need 6.1.3.2). I installed rails 6.1.3.2 from
rubygems.org and the failed migrations are now successfull.
