hello,looks like the error regarding the forced kill is not a debian issue but also happens on ubuntu.
Bug should be closed.
The message seems curious as it is only produced when docker.service is stopped, not when a container is stopped using docker stop; next to that I do see containers are getting sigterm and correctly process it.
