gnome-shell-extension-redshift has been discontinued by its upstream
developer, because GNOME >= 3.24 (in Debian >= buster) has similar
functionality built-in. It was included in buster, but I'm not sure why,
because buster already shipped with GNOME 3.30. It was not included
in bullseye.

Unless there is a reason to keep it that I'm not seeing, I think it should
be removed from Debian.

(If it is still required for some reason, then it will need updating for
GNOME Shell 40, which is intended to enter unstable soon.)

Thanks,
