I see in the build log: Build-Depends: bash-completion, debhelper-compat (= 13), dh-apparmor, dh-exec, docbook2x, doxygen, graphviz, libapparmor-dev, libcap-dev, libgnutls28-dev, liblua5.2-dev, libpam0g-dev, libseccomp-dev [!alpha !hppa !m68k !sh4 !sparc64], libselinux-dev, linux-libc-dev, pkg-config libseccomp-dev is available on hppa but not on the other arches. lxc build successfully on hppa if I include the libseccomp-dev dependency.
