Hello,
After a clean reinstall the problem is persistent.
It is very difficult to use Debian 11 on a production machine due to this 
problem.
Debian 10 does not have this problem, but it seems to be present in some 
versions of Ubuntu.
It would have been wise to postpone the release of the final version in view of 
this very big bug...
Hope you will release a fix very soon, I cannot continue like this for x months.
