Hi, support for DPKG_ROOT is now present in packages like dpkg, glibc, debhelper and debianutils. Since the bookworm development just started, I wanted to send a friendly ping to this bug. We now have set up a script on salsaci that shows how we can create a bit-by-bit identical chroot using DPKG_ROOT:
