Package: debianutils
Version: 5.4-1
Severity: important

Moving installkernel to /usr/sbin isn't a good idea, because the make
install in a kernel tree now does:
        $ make install
        sh ./arch/x86/boot/install.sh 5.13.12+futex+ arch/x86/boot/bzImage \
                System.map "/boot"
        Cannot find LILO.
        $
Wow, didn't see LILO since ages ...

Please keep stuff where it belongs, and installkernel belongs into
/sbin.

Thanks
