I have the same issue with Debian 11, my Network adapter info is as follows: description: Ethernet controller product: 82576 Gigabit Network Connection vendor: Intel Corporation physical id: 0 bus info: pci@0000:04:00.0 version: 01 width: 32 bits clock: 33MHz capabilities: pm msi msix pciexpress bus_master cap_list rom configuration: driver=igb latency=0 Works fine with kernel 4.19.0-17-amd64 but get erradic latency with 5.10.0-8-amd64.
