  I guess I don't understand why you'd want to have it outside that
 directory since nothing else is going to use it.

  Unless you can tell me that there is another service/virtualisation
 tool which uses this directory it seems the location isn't important
 and doesn't warrant a command line flag - since the location isn't
 going to change.
