I'm not sure what elpa-org is - is it the debian package for
installing Org using Org ELPA?
I was referring to the Debian package named 'elpa-org'.
This error was triggered by the install of the package. More info in
the output of the apt command, reproduced in the initial bug report.
I'm not familiar enough with the emacs packaging system to understand
what is the root cause of this error.
I did another test in a schroot. Here, the error was triggered by the
upgrade of the package 'emacs' from 1:26.1+1-3.2+deb10u2 to
1:27.1+1-3.1, with the package 'elpa-org' already installed.
I believe the issue is related to this package and not to the package
emacs, since the error only appears if the package 'elpa-org' is
installed, or going to be installed.
