Package: wget2
Version: 1.99.1-2.2
Severity: normal

I can't abort wget2 even for trivial error cases. Example:

$ wget2 http://doesntexist/nope
Failed to resolve doesntexist (Name or service not known)
Failed to resolve doesntexist (Name or service not known)
^C^CAborted (core dumped)

If wget2 can not find the server it keeps retrying (forever?), and when trying
to abort by sending a CTRL-C it just stops, but it doesn't exit. If I then
send another CTRL-C it dumps core.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

A network tool that can handle network issues grafeully.
