Package: postfix
Version: 3.4.14-0+deb10u1
Severity: grave
Justification: causes non-serious data loss

My server is blacklisted by Spamhaus, which says:

  Please correct your HELO localhost.localdomain [...]

at https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/2001:4b99:1:3:216:3eff:fe20:ac98

I don't know why it did that, and I don't know how to reproduce it
(I've just done a test, and it used joooj.vinc17.net as expected).
This might have been a temporary error under some condition, but
this is not acceptable.

Note: the FQDN of the machine is normally obtained via /etc/hosts,
which is

------------------------------------------------------------
127.0.0.1       localhost
::1             localhost ip6-localhost ip6-loopback
ff02::1         ip6-allnodes
ff02::2         ip6-allrouters

155.133.131.76  joooj.vinc17.net joooj
------------------------------------------------------------

I'm wondering: perhaps a temporary IPv4 failure leads to the issue,
and postfix has a hardcode localhost.localdomain in case of failure?
