this was fixed upstream in: https://opendev.org/openstack/nose-html-output/commit/71d12999b06908bbb019f69c89361bd44bec316cWhich is basically the only change in version 0.7. I would propose to upload that and ask for an unblock. @Thomas: can you take care or should I do a NMU?

I have installed python3-nosehtmloutput package but it seems as if the plugin
has a problem and it is not possible to use the --with-html option of
nosetests3 that would activate the plugin:
$ nosetests3 --with-html
