I turned rscheme fully over to QA, but kept mysqlf and Ralf as uploaders so we can step in just in case.
As of yesterday there should be no RC bugs against the package, so its in a fairly O.K. state. The big OOPS is the inability to compile modules, which is the main reason for orphaning the package.
