Package: bird2
Version: 2.0.7-4.1~bpo10+2
Severity: important
Tags: ipv6 upstream

When Specifing an hostname as remote in the RPKI protocol which resolves to an
IPv6 only host, the address is truncated.
E.g. "rpki.example.com" resolves to 2001:DB8:a:b:c:d:e:f, in tcpdump it is
visible that bird tries to contact 2001:db8:a:b::

If the IPv6 address is specified directly, this does not occur.
The bug is fixed in bird 2.0.8, which is not available under debian.

The Problem is probably related to
https://gitlab.nic.cz/labs/bird/-/commit/3b62417c356796a35229ce07238abf98fb569ccb
