Even though some time has passed, neither version seems to be used by other packages in bullseye. (And, despite your message, movim 0.17.1-1.1 in unstable does not seem to use it, either.) Should Lintian at least refer people to the newer version, which you package? You can see Lintian's current referrals here. [1] I am not sure all three are true positives. Thanks!
