The problem is that apt.postgresql.org was shipping postgresql-pgsphere in the old format for PG 9.6..13, and is now shipping postgresql-NN-pgsphere in the new format also for PG 9.6..13. Though the new packages have been sitting there for some time now, so we could assume all existing users have already upgraded, and we can remove the C+R for the benefit of Debian. (Possibly keeping the C+R in the apt.pg.o packages.) Christoph
