Package: docker
Version: 1.5-2
Severity: normal

When rebooting or shutting down my system it gives me the following message
below and doesn't turn off the computer for a long time until this times
out.

system-shutdown[1]: Waiting for process: containerd-shim, php,
containerd-shim

This happens even when I never started any of the containers or used docker
while the computer was running.

I understand this isn't a lot of information but if you could provide me
some steps on how to debug this issue perhaps I can find out why this is
happening and confirm what the issue is.
