Hello, yes, I've volontary truncated the SELECT, because it doesn't seem really usefull. The problem seems to depend of a certain data volume, on a 300GB database.
I didn't find the correspondant fix in MariaDB 10.5.x release notes, but I try the same database, in read-only, in several MariaDB versions, and only v10.5.10 works.
