We go in circles here. 651236c2319eb0ca13fd1d376eaf239a6dcd5c49 has been introduced as a workaround, because logrotate/rsyslog was losing SIGHUPs in the previous configuration. This special configuration introduced with 651236c2319eb0ca13fd1d376eaf239a6dcd5c49 is something I cannot use on some of my hosts, i.e. the workaround is not sufficient.
