keytouch-editor is an editor for creating files for keytouch [1]. keytouch was removed from Debian 10 years ago (!) (see #632110 [2]) because it was broken, and not receiving any maintainer attention anymore. keytouch-editor thus is somehow of not much of use in Debian; furthermore, it has not been developed upstream for a decade as well, and it has not been maintained in Debian either. Hence, I think it is a better idea to remove also keytouch-editor from Debian.
