I confirm the bug in a sarge chroot. How to reproduce: 1/ pbuilder login in a sarge pbuilder 2/ add backports to your sources.list 3/ add an unstable deb-src line 4/ apt-get build-dep mnogosearch 5/ apt-get source mnogosearch 6/ fakeroot debian/rules install-arch Removing the comments, and the build will be fine.
