Excuse me messing up Bug#986356. Let's keep it for SRV thing. Anyway, I think it is good idea to add cdn-fastly.deb.debian.org to debvol_mirrors.gz to avoid storing Debian packages in 2 locations. So I propose to replace debvol_mirrors.gz with attached file. This can be done without working root cause fix on SRV record.
