Maybe. But if it worked so far I'd argue it was just by luck.


$ localc This\ is\ a\ test.ods

works as expected.

$ localc This<tab>

completes it to above and it works.


As does opening the document e.g. via nautilus.

$ localc "This is a test.ods"

and

$ localc 'This is a test.ods'

both work as expected., though on the console.


If you call it right it works, so I'd argue it's just minor - if it is a
bug at all.
