These kernels have been patched with both the vserver kernel patch and the xen kernel patch, this allows you no end of insane virtualization possiblities. You can run Xen and vserver guests side-by-side, or you can even run vserver guests within xen instances (but not the other way around). They are new packages that have just recently entered the archive, but I know for a fact that the vserver support has been well tested.
