In unstable there is python3-dnspython in version 2.0.0-1 which has this patch already included. Source code for dnspython 2.0.0 on github -> https://github.com/rthalley/dnspython/blob/v2.0.0/dns/query.py#L947-L948 So, unstable has it *fixed already*.
