Thanks for the report. It's actually not serious, as almost no user needs a compiler at runtime. The only users would be of some i2p plugin we don't know about.
We used to depend on libtomcat8 which depended on libecj-java, but we switched to libtomcat9 which depends on libeclipse-jdt-core-java, that's how it broke. I assume that will work as well. I'll fix the link in our next release.
