Dear Maintainer,

Currently the more 'f' command behaves like 's', which is not correct
according to man page. Furthermore, binding of ARROW_DOWN and PAGE_DOWN
to command 's' (skip lines) does not meet user expectations.

Please pull related upstream fixes from
