Thank you for the bug report. The decision to use the gnu.org URL was made consciously: poke is a GNU official project, and as such I think it is more correct to direct the user to the GNU project's home page. Having said that, I agree that ideally that page should contain everything related to poke without redirecting the user to another URL. I have contacted upstream and asked them which homepage they would like the Debian package to point users to. My understanding is that they want to make the gnu.org page the official one, but I may be wrong.
