The following vulnerability was published for neutron.

CVE-2021-20267[0]:
| Anti-spoofing bypass using Open vSwitch

Note that per upstream bug [2] it *might* be that the initial patches
are incomplete, see comment #17 (and following). So this might need
additional clarification.

If you fix the vulnerability please also make sure to include the
CVE (Common Vulnerabilities & Exposures) id in your changelog entry.
