I don't think we have a massive number of users anyway, and they can
still manually install the completion if they need it. In any case,
having the package without completion is probably preferable to not
having the package at all.

I'd prefer an upstream release if you don't feel strongly about it, I
think otherwise I need to filter the upstream tarball and I'd rather
not.
