Package: libcap-ng-dev
Version: 0.7.9-2.2+b1
Severity: normal
Tags: patch

Dear Maintainer,

libcap-ng-dev is missing the `Multi-Arch: same` field. This makes it
impossible to co-install libcap-ng-dev from two architectures.

The fix is trivial, I'm attaching a patch.
