libopenbabel-doc has registered its docs with doc-base.
The link is not usable in a browser, however, since the index file is
gz-compressed,
/usr/share/doc/libopenbabel-dev/html/index.shtml.gz
In fact all shtml files are compressed.
My guess is that the gz compression is done not by the upstream build
but automatically by dh_compress. dh_compress documentation says it
skips .html. It might be fixed by adding
override_dh_compress:
dh_compress -X.shtml
to debian/rules. (would need to check if the .shtml.gz compressed
files are referenced anywhere else)
