I know about its usage, but I don't know why we ship it on /usr, I saw later
that we had patch 0002 in order to do that, that patch was no longer working
as the package now does an autoreconf and thus I needed to rework this on
order to leave it like it was before, but I still don't know why it is on
/usr.

I'll push my last changes as soon as I fix a couple of lintian warnings.
