libxcb participates in dependency loops relevant to architecture bootstrap. Instead of looking into such a difficult problem, I looked into easily droppable dependencies and found thre. * pthread-stubs are only required on non-linux architectures. I propose annotating it [!linux-any]. * xsltproc is only used for rendering test results. I propose annotating it <!nocheck>. * dctrl-tools is entirely unused. I propose dropping it.
