We believe that the bug you reported is now fixed; the following package(s) have been removed from unstable: php-symfony-polyfill | 1.18.1-1 | source
OK, thank you.
php-symfony-polyfill | 1.22.0-2 | source, all
[…]
php-symfony-polyfill-php80 | 1.22.0-2 | all php-symfony-polyfill-php81 | 1.22.0-2 | all
That, on the other hand, scares me a bit.
------------------- Reason ------------------- ROM; Older version still around ----------------------------------------------
[…]
We recently noticed that php-symfony-polyfill 1.18.1-1 (that was providing php-symfony-polyfill-php{54,55,56,70,71}) is still around in unstable while no packages depend on it AFAICT.
Version 1.18.1-1 removed is what we asked for.
The current version 1.21.0-2 (also in testing) is enough, but for some reason, the cruft has not been (semi-)automatically removed, hence this bug report.
Well, 1.22.0-2 happened in between, but if I read correctly the above, 1.22.0-2 was also removed, and that was not (at all) the intent of this bug report (php-symfony-polyfill is part of the symfony dependencies).
Should I upload another php-symfony-polyfill to fix this misunderstanding or is the above just not reflecting correctly the action that just happened?
Regards David
