Package: ghostscript
Version: 9.53.3~dfsg-6
Severity: important

While using ocrmypdf, I stumbled upon a problem with ghostscript that I
reported upstream at:

https://bugs.ghostscript.com/show_bug.cgi?id=703448

The problem that I reported was fixed in upstream commit
http://git.ghostscript.com/?p=ghostpdl.git;h=41130dd35b2dc43b07600b51d7c9fab466e8bf6c

I have applied the commit in my locally installed copy (only 2 PS files are
modified) and, after that, everything works as one would expect.

Since both the use of some files (I can provide one upon request) with
ghostscript or with other tools that use ghostscript (like gv or ocrmypdf)
is affected, I am setting the severity of this bug as important.

It would be very, very nice to have this fix (or, possibly, a new upstream
snapshot) included in Debian's new release.

Thanks,

Rogério Brito.
