opendoas is a derived project from the openbsd doas project. The differences are quite important from a security point of view: it comes to me the pam and persistent support.
Several other projects are derived from the original doas, like: - https://github.com/multiplexd/doas - https://github.com/slicer69/doas Each one has a different implementation either of pam or persistent support. In order to reduce the confusion, I think that it does make sense to rename the doas debian package in opendoas, to highlight the project from which the package is built. This would help also the tracking of the security issues.
