lilv participates in dependency loops relevant to architecture bootstrap. Instead of looking into such a difficult problem, I looked for easily droppable dependencies and found that libjack-dev is not used. Indeed the NEWS file states that it is unused since 0.4.4. Please consider applying the attached patch to drop it. Helmut
