Control: retitle 947258 lintian: spare-manual-page is too strict (false positives for subcommand man pages) Control: affects 947258 + sq
Just noticed that manpage-without-executable was renamed to
spare-manual-page, so i'm updating the title of this bug report to
match.
I also noticed the same failure for Sequoia's sq command-line OpenPGP
utility, which i'm packaging (see ITP #929385), and has the same
manpage-per-subcommand documentation layout.
