For the record, here is a closer analysis on the build-dependencies
omitted, and why none of those seem to be relevant for solving this
issue...

All explicitly requested Boost libraries already installed.

If some Boost libraries are used but not requested, then that's a bug in
the cmake scripts!

> libunwind8-dev

Only needed on some non-GNU systems where easylogging++ cannot be used.

> liblzma-dev

Only needed to build libunwind, done in a separate package in Debian.

> libldns-dev
> libexpat1-dev

Only needed to build libunbound, done in a separate package in Debian.

> libpgm-dev

Only needed to build ØMQ, done in a separate package in Debian.

> libusb-1.0-0-dev
> libprotobuf-dev
> protobuf-compiler

Only used for Trezor support, currently skipped in Debian (needs also
trezor-firmware not yet in Debian).

> libudev-dev

Only needed to build libusb or libhidapi, done in separate packages in
Debian.
