Here's an update from the archive maintainers. They are aware of the
problem and plan to have it fixed in a few days.

Hi,
The debian mirror machine suffered an RAID drive failure. Further,
that machine has some mail queues backed up on it since our mail server
also died (!), so we cannot destructively rebuild the raid just yet.
However, we'll have the machine up by midweek.
