Thank you for your interest for the Vagrant Boxes.This problem did not appear in the test suite, so I suppose it is a local file corruption of the base box.
Can you try to destroy the vagrant environment, delete the base box and reprovision ?
You should be able to do that with: vagrant destroy --force vagrant box delete --provider libvirt debian/buster64 vagrant init debian/buster64you write a reply-all to this email which will automatically update the bug report
