That is not clear, we have so far no indication if the issue was already fixed in upstream anywhere. Upsream information on this is (or was when filling the issue) very scarce. The next step would probably be to try to contact upstream to get more information as https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Common_Vulnerabilities_and_Exposures#CVE-2020-14198 gives not enough details.
