Package: trac
Version: 0.9.4-2
Followup-For: Bug #337283

It happened to me after an recent upgrade.

According to:
http://projects.edgewall.com/trac/ticket/1822
It's due mismatch between PySQLite 2.x and sqlite. A workaround is downgrade to
PySQLite 1.x

Rudy
