Bug#980085: open-iscsi: initiator does not connect

Hi,

open-iscsi 2.1.3-1 and kernel 5.10.0-1-amd64 seem to work fine for
me in a test VM with iscsi root. However, no offloading NIC is
involved.

Given this works, maybe its best if you bug upstream about this?
